One of our remote support technicians will work with you to resolve the specific malfunction that is interfering with your productivity. If we can't make your system usable, ProActivIT offers a money-back guaranty for your remote diagnostic session if our technician cannot access your required application and get you going. If an Onsite Support call is required to return your computer to usable condition, our service technician will coordinate a ProActivIT Affiliate Onsite Service Technician visit at the earliest, most convenient time.
Our diagnostic services continue for 60 days after your Initial Diagnosis. During this time, you may access our monitoring software and have our systems remove spyware, viruses and other malicious scripts that have been introduced into your computer since ProActivIT last wiped it clean.
