ProActivIT Remote Managed Support Quick Start Access

Our goal is to provide both our existing and new clients with the best remote support services available. If you are experiencing difficulties with any of your IT systems, but are not presently a ProActivIT client, we invite you to contact our service technicians using the button below. One of our service technicians will walk you through the remote access process. You will be asked for credit card information at the beginning of the service process, but all of our initial service calls have a no-risk guaranty. If we can't fix your immediate problem, you won't be charged.

If you are already a ProActivIT preventive maintenance client, you may request that our system perform a routine diagnostic and clean-up at any time by completing and submitting the "Scan It Now" request below. Our monthly service clients automatically receive these services throughout the month during planned remote maintenance visits. If your computer was not online during a regular scheduled remote maintenance call, you may reschedule that remote service call using the form provided below as well.
