Michael Lindsay Title: President/CEO Credentials/Experience: With more than 20 years of engineering and technical operations and management experience, Mr. Lindsay is an information technology professional with a broad background encompassing training and experience in semiconductor manufacturing, civil engineering, nuclear power, electrical engineering, quality assurance and of course, network and computer based information systems. He served 5 years as the Chief Technology Officer for the Command Group of the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). Apart from his duties at ProActivIT, he is also the founder and current President/CEO of C’Bay Technologies, Inc. and the Chief Technology Officer of Lodestone Medical Practice Management. Education: Mr. Lindsay holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Information Science from Christopher Newport University with a concentration in Management of Information Systems. Additionally he is a certified Microsoft Small Business Specialist and holds various other industry and technical certifications. (Microsoft, Novell, CompTIA, etc.)

Robert Dynan Title: Chief Operating Officer Credentials/Experience: Mr. Dynan has been extensively involved in general management and business consulting for more than 25 years. Primarily involved in the aviation industry, he formed Dynetic Web Solutions to perform competitive analysis consulting, strategic web design and search optimization services for small to medium sized businesses and has brought this same skill set to ProActivIT. He works closely with Client Company’s senior leadership to determine an organization’s key competitive advantages and design web-based marketing and operations-focused systems to increase market share and revenues, enhance customer service and/or reduce operating expenses. Education: Mr. Dynan holds a Bachelor of Aviation Management degree with High Honors from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School with a concentration in operations, accounting control, and services management.

Dave Andrews Title: Technical Services Support Credentials/Experience: College of William & Mary. Holds certifications from Microsoft, Corel, Novell, Weldon-Cooper Center of University of Virginia. Over 26 years of IT support and management with a strong background in business and government relations. Instrumental in selection of contractor and development of new electronic statewide voter registration system and new user training for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Instrumental in development and testing of electronic Pollbook solutions for Virginia election precincts. Extensive experience in researching and explaining Virginia and Federal Code requirements to others. Extensive experience with IT training for those with limited IT background or knowledge and remote IT support.
